Welcome to the Pa Southwest Bassmen’s website. Many anglers are now being introduced to the sport of competitive Bass fishing with the Bassmaster’s Classic recently in Pittsburgh and with the increased national television coverage. Established in 1976 we are one of Pennsylvania’s oldest clubs affiliated with the Bass Anglers Sportsman’s Society and the Pa B.A.S.S. Federation Nation. Fishing clubs fill a important need with volunteer functions in the community and form the grass roots of tournament Bass fishing by introducing anglers into a competitive and learning environment. Our membership, which spreads throughout Southwestern Pa., all share a genuine passion for the sport of competitive catch and release Bass Fishing.
